Project Overview: Historic Flood Restoration & Home Transformation Sa

When this home was devastated by a historic flood, every room bore the marks of disaster — flooring ruined, drywall destroyed, and the heart of the home left unrecognizable. Our team stepped in to restore not only the structure but also the spirit of the space.

We began by safely removing all flood-damaged materials, addressing every detail from insulation to framing. Once the home was stripped to its bones, we rebuilt with purpose — installing new insulation for long-term comfort and designing an open floor plan that brought light and connection back into the space.

At the heart of the home, we crafted custom kitchen cabinets tailored to both functionality and style, and upgraded to a gas range for the perfect blend of modern efficiency and culinary performance. Throughout the home, we applied a modern orange peel drywall texture, accented with touches of Spanish drag, giving each wall subtle character and depth.

To complement the refined textures, we updated the lighting fixtures and plumbing features, ensuring every detail worked in harmony. Custom cedar trim work was installed to introduce warmth and natural charm, paired beautifully with luxury vinyl plank flooring chosen to match the cedar tones.

Finally, we tied the design together with fresh, timeless color choices: Greek Villa on the walls for a clean, airy feel, and Urban Bronze doors for a sophisticated contrast that adds depth and elegance.

What began as a flood-damaged structure has been reimagined into a cohesive, custom-crafted home — one that reflects both resilience and refined design.
